The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify instrument verification requirements, conduct instrument verification, coordinate faulty instrument replacement, verify instrument after verification and prepare instrument verification report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure instrument accuracy and functionality. Instrument accuracy will help to avoid distortion due to inaccurate measurements and instil confidence in measurement results |
