The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to delegate subordinates’ work activities, conduct briefing, coach subordinates, monitor work progress, appraise subordinates and prepare technical reports The outcome of this competency is to ensure that APCS operation is conducted efficiently and effectively in accordance with organisational and legislative requirements. |
