| Penerangan CU | Tracking & Tracing System Operation Management describes the competencies required to manage the process of monitoring cargo movement by using technology that enables cargo delivery status to be determined. Efficient tracking & tracing enable corrective actions to be taken in cases of discrepancies. It also enhances customer’s confidence in engaging the company as a logistics service provider. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to identify cargo tracking & tracing system operation requirements, monitor cargo tracking & tracing activities, analyse tracking & tracing data records and • implement tracking & tracing improvement opportunities. The outcome of this competency is to ensure efficient tracking and traceability of cargo movement from receiving point until successful delivery. |
