The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to gather information of existing IETS condition, performance and specification data, study company and regulatory bodies requirement on IETS upgrading works, plan IETS upgrading programme, coordinate IETS upgrading contract document preparation, coordinate Bill of Quality (BQ) preparation, manage IETS upgrading tender activities, manage IETS upgrading work and verify IETS upgrading claims.
