| Penerangan CU | Industrial Effluent Treatment System Operation Resource Management describes the competency required when managing manpower matters for the operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS). The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to develop Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) manpower, coordinate Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) asset, manage Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) operation budget and establish Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) lab management. The outcome of this competency is to ensure Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) operation are managed by competent staff, management of assets and resources in accordance with the capacity of operating expenses and the Industrial Effluent Treatment System (IETS) manpower development is properly managed, in compliance with company and regulatory body requirement. |
