| Penerangan CU | Fibreglass hull & superstructure mould preparation is a process of mould preparation to fabricate fibreglass boat hull and superstructure. The skills involve selection of mould size, mould material, tools, waxing chemicals and mould cleaning in accordance with fibreglass boat specifications. The person who is competent in fibreglass hull & superstructure mould preparation shall be able to identify boat building requirements, set up mould position, prepare waxing materials and prepare hull & superstructure mould in accordance with fibreglass boat specifications. The outcome of this competency is the ability to prepare waxing compound / release agent, fillet strip / clay, mould protection materials and prepare and setup mould for fibreglass hull & superstructure production in accordance company production requirement |
