| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Supervisory Function. He/she is responsiblity in supervising , monitoring and controlling subordinates work activities delivery, monitoring deadlines, job responsibilities and cost control . The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to supervise lighting set-up, monitor safety rules and regulation implementation, control work delivery, prepare work scheduling, prepare scheduling and budget for lighting set-up and conduct performance appraisal as per SOP. . The outcome of this competency is subordinates work activities are supervised, monitored and control according to SOP. |
