| Penerangan CU | Fire fighting shift routine supervision is a competency to fulfill the requirement of a crew commander in a shift. They need to supervise their subordinate in performing tasks. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to participate in shift hand over briefing, perform vehicle inspection, supervise plant’s fire fighting equipment inspection, supervise fire fighting equipment functionality test, supervise training program and maintain self-fitness according to company’s operating procedure. The outcome of this competency is to perform routines work whenever no emergency happened and also supervising subordinates. |
