Penerangan CU | Employee-employer relations (EER) administrative functions is to assist employee-employer relations manager in planning, organizing, leading and controlling the efforts of organization members and using all other organizational resources to achieve departmental objectives. The personnel who are competent in Employee-employer relations (EER) administrative functions shall be able to provide EER committees’ secretariete duties, EER documents administration, EER financial management assistance and all other related EER administrative tasks in a way to achieve departmental objectives.
