| Penerangan CU | Dispute resolution management assistance is a function to assist higher level management to deal with disagreement between the employer and workman which is connected with the employment or non-employment or the terms of employment or the conditions of work of such workman leading to industrial action or constructive dismissal. The personnel who are competent in dispute resolution management assistance shall be able to assist his superior to influence all parties and resolve the differences at the earliest stage possible with wise consideration of the given organizational mandate. Assistance also given to formulate strategy to reduce the emergence of any form of dispute in future. |
