Penerangan CU | Employee protection benefits administration is to assist organization management to manage employee compensation and benefits functions effectively. Its ensure employees receive protection benefits as stipulated under the law and organizational compensation & benefits policy. Employee protection benefits provision shall be administrated in accordance with statutory and organization requirements. The personnel who are competent in employee protection benefits administration shall be result oriented and have strong negotiation skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills. He/she shall be able to administer , employee maternity benefits, employee medical benefits, retirement benefits, optional insurance benefits and any other protection benefits as required by the law and the organization. |
