Penerangan CUEmployee job related benefits administration is to assist higher level management to manage employee compensation and benefits functions effectively. Its ensure employees receive job related benefits as stipulated under the law and organizational compensation & benefits policy. Employee leave & leisure benefits provision shall be administrated in accordance with employees terms and conditions of service, statutory provisions and organization requirements. The personnel who are competent in employee job related benefits administration shall have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to perform official travelling administration, travelling benefits dispensation, employee reimbursement, benefits in kind allocation and other related benefits in accordance with organization’s requirements.
