Penerangan CU | Employee-employer relations (EER) planning & policy formulation is an activity to establish EER goals and suitable course of action for achieving those goals. EER policy is developed to guide organizational members toward the goals , achievement. The personal who are competent in EER planning & policy formulation shall be able to visualise organisational mission and vision, lead the strategic team member in formulating IR strategic plan & policy, and promulgating the outcome in a way to invite, attract and motivate organizational members for implementation.
