The person who is competent in this competency unit should be able to study business development requirements, plan business development, monitor business development implementation and valuate business development implementation. The outcome of this competency unit is to produce business plan and implement the development/ expansion of the hairdresser business so as to ensure the business established/expanded, revenue generated and profitability attained. |
