The personnel who are competent in Hairdresser quality control management shall be able to analyse quality management activities, develop quality management system, review implemented quality management system. The outcome of this competency is to develop competent manpower in understanding and improving operational processes; identifying problems quickly and systematically; establishing valid and reliable service performance measures and measuring customer satisfaction and other performance outcomes. |
