| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in handling customised logistic. He or she is the person who is responsible in arranging the special arrangement logistic tailor to the customer’s needs. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to execute the special arrangement by getting approval from government authorities, arrange the shipment either by air, sea or land. Further, the person shall also coordinate and monitor the shipment to ensure the goods reach the customer on time to meet client’s requirement. The outcome of this competency is to ensure smooth operation of the special arrangement shipment in accordance with service level agreement (SLA) and authority body requirements. |
