Effective and efficient human resource programme will definitely increase productivity and competitiveness of an organisation. Promoting training and staff development programme within the organisation will ensure organisation sustainability in the long run. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administer manpower activity, coordinate staff appraisal activity, establish information communication technology and administer training programme The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to achieve the desired skill in implementing various human capital development initiative in accordance to organisational requirement or within organisational guideline. |
