| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Timber Production Administration. Timber Production Administration is a core activity applied in all industries. Production guiding principle regulates and stimulates the orderly of how materials in the manufacturing process from the beginning to the end. The mechanic of production planning is to initiates control in an adjusting process, adapting changes, customizing operation, and providing corrective measures throughout productions works. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to plan production preparation, prepare production schedule, developed standard operation procedure documentation, establish safe work procedure, administer cutting works, manage storage location and prepare production report. The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to able to carried out his/her tasks accordingly within the production operation and ensure that the production capacity is maximise through implementing well planned production schedule, allocation of resources and assignment of work task. |
