The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to monitor health, safety and environment (HSE) implementation, report accident and incident cases to superior and provide assistance in accident and incident cases. The outcome of this competency is accident free, emergency cases are handled properly and no grievances from the subordinate and no complaints from the public. |
