| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Concept Art Project Management. Concept Art Project Management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing, managing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals of concept art project. Concept Art Project Management is performed by obtaining input from Art/ Creative Director, analysing project requirements, leading brainstorming session, preparing project schedule and timeline, assigning task to team members and monitoring job progress. The outcome of this competency is to produce a solid pipelines/workflow for concept art and to organise the whole concept art process in accordance with project requirements. |
