| Penerangan CU | MSS Installation Project Coordination describes the work activities that must be performed or coordinated prior and during the installation works. These activities in general include describing each major works to be done, estimate the time and resources required for the project and provide a framework or documentation for project implementations, coordination and control. Person who is competent in this CU shall be able to produce a framework or documentation for the project, coordinate project activities and administer project progress in accordance with Contract Documents, MSS Installation Manuals, Procedures, Checklists, Client’s, OEM’s, OSH’s and IMO’s (IALA/ISPS/SOLAS) requirements or recommendations. The outcome of this CU is person that shall be able to provide excellent and quality MSS Installation Project Coordination to ensure prompt action taken and customer satisfaction guaranteed. |
