Penerangan CUThe CU title describes the competency in Human Resources Management.
Human resource management is a fundamentals requirement to any establishment. Developing and managing workforce requires the understanding of work culture, team works, dedication, commitment and loyalty. Formulating conducive working environment, impart staff welfare & benefits and promote excellent leadership will encourage healthy growth within the organisation. .
The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to endorse human resources requirement, organise manpower activities, formulate staff appraisal system, coordinate inter department activity, administer internal conflict, manage quality issue, administer service work and establish organisation structure
The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to be human relations personnel that focus on strategic initiatives like mergers and acquisitions, talent management, succession planning, industrial & labour relations, work place community diversity and avoid conflict inclusion.
