| Penerangan CU | Pre tension stressing is a process of tensioning the cables. Compared to post tension, pre tension cables are tensioned before casting of concrete. The personnel involved in stressing the tendons anchored at both ends before the concrete casting. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to organise pre tension stressing work preparation, organise stressing equipment, perform stressing works and perform load transfer activities in accordance with Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia Act 1994 (Act 520) and Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). The outcome of this competency is to develop skill personnel in pre tension stressing works. |
