| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in treatment plant performance control. Treatment plant performance control is important in managing day to day operations. The principle functions of a supervisor are to organise, coordinate, delegate, check, and monitor daily tasks to achieve productions target. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct tool box meeting, report staff performance , conduct staff coaching and mentoring, coordinate machineries & equipment maintenance, monitor work program and coordinate production improvement activities and conduct job training. |
