| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Timber Production Management Productions management merely organising, planning and scheduling of production process. Designing work flow chart, personnel work placement, material procurement and enforcing quality assurance plan. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administer production plan, organise production schedule, manage rejection stock, endorse productions report, plan research of development activity, administer maintenance work, formulate procument procedure and perform visual stress grading. The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to maintain an efficient grading and production process with a workforce that can readily adapt to new equipment and schedules. |
