| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in Human Resources Programme Human Resources programme is one of the key elements in human capital development in any industry. Effective and efficient human resource programme will definitely increase productivity and competitiveness of an organisation. Promoting training and staff development programme within the organisation will ensure organisation sustainability in the long run. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administer manpower activity, administer training programme and coordinate staff appraisal activity. The outcome of this competency is to prepare he/she to achieve the desired skill in implementing various human capital development initiatives in accordance to organisational requirement or within organisational guideline. |
