Penerangan CUCompetitor benchmarking is the effort that one makes (from another party / parties) as a base of offering to secure their business.

The person who is competent in competitor benchmark shall be able to study competitors’ product, feature & benefit, and analyse and compare competitors’ product, features & benefits.

The outcome of this competency is to outlined the need of Sales Advisor to be aware of what the competitors are offering and to compare with own product / services. In result, by knowing the advantage and disadvantages from the benchmarking, the Sales Advisor should be able to see a clearer picture when attempting to win the customer.

Objektif PembelajaranThe outcome of this competency is to outlined the need of Sales Advisor to be aware of what the competitors are
offering and to compare with own product / services. In result, by knowing the advantage and disadvantages from the benchmarking, the Sales Advisor should be able to see a clearer picture when attempting to win the customer. The personnel who are to be competent in this competency must in prior have the following competencies:
1. Identify competitor's product, feature & benefit.
2. Analyse competitor's product, features & benefits.
