Penerangan CU | Competitor benchmarking is the effort that one makes (from another party / parties) as a base of offering to secure their business. The person who is competent in competitor benchmark shall be able to study competitors’ product, feature & benefit, and analyse and compare competitors’ product, features & benefits. The outcome of this competency is to outlined the need of Sales Advisor to be aware of what the competitors are offering and to compare with own product / services. In result, by knowing the advantage and disadvantages from the benchmarking, the Sales Advisor should be able to see a clearer picture when attempting to win the customer. |

Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency is to outlined the need of Sales Advisor to be aware of what the competitors are offering and to compare with own product / services.
