| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skill, knowledge and attitude in Electrical Lighting Installation activity; an activity to be carried out to ensure proper installation for trouble free and safe operation of the lighting installation. The activity shall be performed on site and in the project site office during installation work. This shall be supervised by the lighting installation supervisor and installed by the lighting installation technician under the instructions and in consultation with his management. The person who is competent in Electrical Lighting Installation activity shall be able to :- Analyze drawings and installation instruction, plan and marking out the location for luminaire, install luminaire in accordance to vendor’s recommendation, check integrity and function of luminaire and record test results and status of installation. The outcome of this competency is to provide the framework for trouble free implementation of the electrical lighting installation and operation. |
