It is to develop facilities renting plan to manage, strategize and review opportunities in whatever to create revenue for the organization. The person who is competent in Dive facility management shall be able to assess facilities rental resources, prepare facilities rental strategy, administer facilities rental programs, evaluate facilities leasing value and manage facilities leasing documentation.
