| Penerangan CU | SCUBA diving coaching/training management is the work function to render skills, knowledge, competency and ethics of conduct for divers in dive activities. It is the service chartered of the SCUBA dive centre operation to provide appropriate coaching, facilities familiarization, training and application ensuring dive process with optimized abilities to render and administers the practices relate to SCUBA diving services. The person who is competent in SCUBA diving coaching/training management shall be able to assess SCUBA diving operation capability, prepare SCUBA diving coaching/training plan, consolidate SCUBA coaching/training programs, evaluate SCUBA diving coaching/training performance and documentation The outcome of this competency is to render coaching/training programs for the operation and in ensuring effectively and appropriately meeting service chartered requirements. |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to administer dive coaching and training activities. It is to manage operation training programs, asses training performance, develop training strategy and materials to complying with the dive centre operation standard. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to: • Assess SCUBA diving operation capability • Prepare SCUBA diving coaching/training plan • Consolidate SCUBA coaching/training programs • Evaluate SCUBA diving coaching/training performance • Manage SCUBA diving coaching/training documentation |
