| Penerangan CU | Fabric pre-treatment testing is to test the removal of non-fibrous matter and the condition of the fabric based on fabric sample test run before subsequent processes. This competency is to ensure the production machine parameter and chemical conditions comply with respective quality standard requirements and laboratory Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in this CU should be able to check fabric pre-treatment requirements, prepare tools, equipment and materials, carry out pre-treatment sample test run, record pre-treatment testing data according to laboratory Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and respective quality standard requirements. |
