| Penerangan CU | Residents receiving and returning describes the competency required when administering the residents when they initially arrive at the centre or if they come daily to centre where the activities include registration of the resident, inspection of resident, and placement arranged. Whereas, the returning activities will be conducted when the residents will have to leave the centre either daily, for a short leave (i.e. holiday), or when they end their residence at the centre. The person who is competent shall be able to prepare residents pre-receiving requirements, receive new resident, place new resident perform returning of resident and report reception/ returning activities The outcome of this competency is to complete the residents receiving and returning process according the organisation requirements |
