| Penerangan CU | Independent residents care handling describe the competency required when facilitating residents throughout their daily routine such as while bathing, personal hygiene & grooming, bathing, dressing & undressing , feeding, functional transfer, bowel & bladder management and general mobility. Independent residents refer to those that are capable of carrying out their activities and require minimum help and supervision. The person who is competent shall be able to prepare residents pre-receiving requirement, Assist independent resident during routine care activities, perform post routine care and report independent resident care status The outcome of this competency is to assist independent residents while carrying out their routine activities. |
