| Penerangan CU | Dependent Residents Care Handling describe the competency required when facilitating dependent residents throughout their daily routine such as bathing, personal hygiene & grooming, bathing, dressing & undressing , feeding, functional transfer, bowel & bladder management and general mobility. Dependent residents refer to those that are not capable of carrying out their routine activities on their own and require full support from care givers. The person who is competent shall be able to prepare dependent care requirements, provide service for dependent resident during routine care activities, perform post dependent routine care and report dependent resident care status. The outcome of this competency is to provide services and to facilitate dependent residents in their routine activities such as bathing, personal hygiene & grooming, bathing, dressing & undressing, feeding, functional transfer, bowel & bladder management and general mobility. |
