Penerangan CUResidents Area Housekeeping describe the competency required when maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping of their area that include performing laundry for the residents, cleaning of residents utensils, equipment and common area.

The person who is competent shall be able to prepare residents areas housekeeping requirement, perform laundry duties, maintain utensil and equipment cleanliness, maintain cleanliness residents common area and prepare report for residents area housekeeping activities

The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the resident’s common area, utensils, equipment and laundry cleanliness are maintained and kept in order according to organisation Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P)s.
