| Penerangan CU | Flexoprint (corrugated) production process refers to the execution of printing including the operations of folding, gluing, squaring, counting and bundling This competency is to fulfil production target in terms of print quality, output volume, machine uptime and delivery deadlines by executing flexoprint production process in accordance with machine manual, job sheet and company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The person who is competent in this corrugated flexographic printing process shall be able to check machine readiness, carry out sample preparation, flexoprint production, printing quality inspection and housekeeping practices according to job sheet and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). |

| Objektif Pembelajaran | The outcome of this competency is to perform flexoprint (corrugated) printing process in accordance with company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:- • Check machine readiness • Carry out sample preparation • Carry out flexoprint production. • Carry out printing quality inspection • Carry out housekeeping practice. |
