Penerangan CUResidents Enhancement Activities Management describes the competency required when managing enhancement activities for residents which include Daily living activities, Treatment & therapy, Rehabilitation, Religious activities, Gardening and House chores


The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to verify resident’s activities, coordinate resident’s activities, monitor resident’s enhancement activities, evaluate resident’s activities effectiveness and prepare report on resident’s activities

The outcome of this competency is to ensure that resident enhancement activities are managed according to organisation Standard Operating Procedures in terms of planning, implementation, scheduling and communication with relevant personnel or the community

Objektif PembelajaranThe outcome of this elderly care operation management competency is to ensure that all the activities involved in care centre operation are conducted efficiently and a seamless integration of work activities. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to :-

• Monitor resident’s enhancement activities progress
• Evaluate resident’s enhancement activities plan
