| Penerangan CU | Children with special needs case management describe the competency required to handle Children with Special Needs cases that include diagnosing Children with Special Needs issues and executing intervention by applying intervention skills, such as Counselling, Mediating, Motivating, Facilitating, Communicating and Advocating. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to obtain Children with Special Needs issues report, diagnose Children with Special Needs issues, plan Children with Special Needs intervention activities, execute Children with Special Needs intervention activities and evaluate Children with Special Needs intervention outcome. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the diagnosis of Children with Special Needs issues and execution of intervention done during Children with Special Needs case management is handled according to social work Standard Operating Procedures and organisation standard operating Standard Operating Procedure. |
