The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to analyse volunteer and community programme requirement, plan volunteer and community program, supervise volunteer and community programme and produce volunteer and community programme report. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that coordination of activities and community volunteers at care centre is monitored and conducted in accordance with organisation's standard operating procedures. |
