The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to conduct information gathering, develop strategic partnerships with organisations that share common goals, implement advocacy program for change and evaluate advocacy program. The outcome of the competency is to enhance public awareness and solicit contribution to solve social issues and promote positive social change according to Social Work Code of Ethics. |
