| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in traffic light system maintenance including daily routine inspection and repair of malfunctioning devices. By analysing the data, conceptual design for traffic light system maintenance will comply with the specification in terms of performance, monitoring, services, and meet the functionality of traffic light system for each signalised junction. The person who is competent in traffic light system maintenance shall be able to prepare traffic light system maintenance requirements, perform pole maintenance, signal aspect maintenance, controller maintenance, earthing maintenance, loop sensor maintenance, cable maintenance, special lighting testing & commissioning, and final report in accordance with local authority, TNB, JKR, and ST. |
