Penerangan CU | This Competency Unit title describes the competency in outbound operations monitoring. He / She is responsible in defining the outbound event, forecasting outbound interaction, responding to manpower shortage in the organization, assisting team leader and motivating peers/CEPs to achieve business goals /desired results. The person who is competent in this competency shall be able to perform analysis trending for outbound, perform workforce management (WFM) and monitor busines goals achievement. The outcome of this competency is to monitor outbound customer engagement operations for enhancing team efficiency and quality and achieved business goals as per guideline. |
