Penerangan CU | Underwriting Operations Administration is an overall management of the underwriting department by ensuring the department targeted objectives are delivered with full compliance to internal and external regulatory and policy requirements. The person needs to understand the industry and organisation’s business environment and translate that into running of the department The person who is competent in underwriting operations administration shall be able to understand, to interpret and implement relevant rules and regulations and organisation’s business requirements, carry out team meeting as per industry and organisation’s business requirement, provide staff training, manage staff performance, manage department resources and produce and maintain departmental SOP. The outcome of this competency is to ensure that the department keeps up with the overall industry and business requirements and changes and that the department is competently managed with complete and updated SOPs, supported by fully performing staff. |
