Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR Consulting Resource Centre Administration. The role of HR Consulting Resource Centre Administrator is to plan, organize, implement and control all resources allocated to his/her section in order to achieve HR Consulting organization objectives. The person who is competent in HR Consulting Resource Centre Administration will be able to analyze HR Consulting Resource Centre concept and requirements, plan Resource Centre Administration activities, perform Resource Centre Administration, evaluate Resource Centre Administration performance and prepare Resource Centre Administration report in accordance with organisational requirements. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
