| Penerangan CU | The CU title describes the competency in penetrant testing (PT) procedure development. He or she is responsible in identifying component, types of materials, area of interest to be inspected, determining equipment and materials parameters, level of qualification, identifying acceptance and rejection criteria, verifying and approving contract procedure. The personnel who are competent in this CU shall be able to, assess PT technical contract requirements, prepare weld inspection PT solvent removable procedure, prepare weld inspection PT water washable procedure, prepare engineering components inspection PT solvent removable procedure, prepare engineering components inspection PT water washable procedure and prepare engineering components inspection PT post emulsifiable procedure. The outcome of this CU is the PT procedure is developed in accordance to code, standard and specification requirements. |
