Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in data sourcing and entry activities The role of data sourcing and entry activities personnel is to provide data sourcing and entry activities in supporting HR Consulting services functions in order to achieve organization objectives. The person who is competent in data sourcing and entry activities will be able to analyze data sourcing and entry concept and requirements, plan data sourcing and entry, perform data sourcing and entry activities, evaluate data sourcing and entry and prepare data sourcing and entry report in accordance with organisational requirement. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
