| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in information systems maintenance functions. The role of Information systems maintenance personnel is to provide information systems maintenance services to support HR Consulting services in order to achieve sectional and organization objectives. The person who is competent in information systems maintenance functions will be able to perform computer software installation, perform computer hardware installation, perform computer hardware maintenance inspection and perform computer peripherals inventory management assistance in accordance with organisational requirements. The outcome of this CU is to meet occupational skills standard which incorporate the skills, knowledge and attitude to be delivered systematically. |
