| Penerangan CU | This competency unit describes the skills, knowledge and attitude requirements in HR Consulting field survey activities. The role of field survey activities personnel is to capture sufficient raw data through a systematic field survey practices in supporting HR Consulting services in order to achieve sectional and organization objectives. The person who is competent in HR Consulting field survey functions will be able to analyze HR Consulting field survey activities concept and requirements, plan HR Consulting field survey activities, perform HR Consulting field survey activities, evaluate HR Consulting field survey activities and prepare HR Consulting field survey activities report in accordance with organisational requirements.
