Penerangan CU | This Competency Unit title describes the competency in outbound people basic management. He / She is responsible in providing coaching, motivating, deliver communications, recruiting, review team performance, building teamwork and managing conflict within teams. The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to update information to outbound team, provide coaching to the outbound team, lead outbound team, recruit outbound team, monitor outbound team performance, schedule outbound team working shift, engage with outbound team, management and client, manage self and outbound team’s time and tasks, and build relationship between peers and others. The outcome of this competency is to manage outbound people effectively towards achieving business goals in a contact centre. |
