Penerangan CUThis Competency Unit title describes the competency in Outbound operation basic management

He / She is responsible in monitoring CEPs overall performance, process compliances, procedures adherences, KPi achievements and achievement of operational SLA as per business requirements.

The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to supervise customer engagement professionals (CEP), maintain daily Service Level Agreement (SLA), execute quality improvement processes for CEPs, undertake role as first point of referral for CEPs and maintain operations of Technology infrastructure.
The outcome of this competency is to support operations basic management , achieve business goals and met KPi targets..

Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:-
